Saddle for Bucca and a headcollar

Bucca the CollectA Dartmoor has a new(ish) saddle. I've had the little plastic grand champions saddle around for years and realised it fit him perfectly, so I replaced the plastic girth and added a numnah and buckle straps (do these have a proper name?! I've forgotten). I wanted the parts to look mismatched like the riding school ponies I used to ride - although Bucca is meant to be a purebred Dartmoor I have another in my body box to turn into a cute little pony :) Once I have more time I think I'll darken the plastic with a felt tip and maybe paint the stirrups.

 

And my Christmas horse got a bright new halter to wear before I headed off for uni.
